Summernats 36 Burnout Pad (v1.1) Released
Thanks to Brucektrain for his permission to create this project which started life as his Summernats Freeroam Map. Presenting my first public release - the Summernats 36 Burnout Pad! After many years of attending the event as both entrant and spectator, I wanted to find a way to inject some proper immersion into an Assetto Corsa version. During my attendance at the 2024 event, along with a few slushies, I took hours of imagery and audio to integrate into the map - then spent countless hours locked in my Man Cave as I had to learn how to inject them into the game as well as improve my 3D skills and coding (my family and household responsibilities were definitely impacted by this project!!). Features of this map now include: - Real Summernats Sounds integrated into the map (Headphones recommended!) - Custom Spectators and Marshalls at the track, a small few also scattered on the return route (trying to keep the cpu load down!) - Live Video Screens on Track (we do love to 'watch ourselves' right!!) - Distant Scenery such as Mount Majura and Black Mountain - Physical Road Mesh (aka Road Feel) on Pad and Return Route - New Concrete Barriers, as well as Collidable Tyres, Water Barriers and Bollards - Updated Signage - Track Camera's (Burnout Pad and Return route as outlined by bollards and signs) - Working Timers and AI Spline - CSP Code for AI to fang down the track and 'cruise' back around in Track Day mode - 21 Pit Bays (let me know if we need more) - 3D Grass FX - Tow Vehicle and Trailer at the end of the track - yes most cars can park on it! - Definitely other stuff, will update the list when I remember!! - WIP includes Motorkhana, Skid Row, Grass Events, Drift, Cruise Route - Stay tuned! IMPORTANT STUFF TO NOTE: You must be running Custom Shaders Patch for the vast majority of the above features to work. I also recommend installing the latest PURE version as the live video screens are optimised for the standard Pure Post Processing Filter and may be too dark with other PP filters. Note I use the PP filter IV PureCS_2.0 which can be found on RaceDepartment, it's much less saturated. This is a standalone track install for Assetto Corsa, it will not work properly if combined with bk_summernats_34_freeroam. Drag and drop the 'content' folder into your Assetto Corsa directory. I don't recommend a drag 'n' drop into Content Manager as you never know what it ends up doing. The zip file is large (600mb) - I may find a better way to optimise this in the future. Sorry about your internets and hard-drive space. If you find the crowd doesn't appear like in the pictures, there are a couple of settings in CSP you need to change, they are located under Settings, CSP, Track Adjustments - ensure that 'Adjust Amount of Spectators' and 'Dynamic Amount of Spectators' are unchecked. Depending on your specs - the above features may put some strain on your system. I have tested this on multiple PC setups including 3060, 5700XT and 4080 using single screen, triple screen and VR and it runs great - please let me know if you experience low frames and I'll look to create a lighter version e.g. drop the crowd numbers back. I've made multiple private track and car mods previously, but this is my first public release - I'm super keen for feedback, but ask that you keep it constructive so we can work together to make future versions and the next releases even better. Please DON'T distribute this externally. There are hundreds if not thousands of hours wrapped up in the base map and these updates. Kindly respect the work that has gone into these and help us by steering fellow sim enthusiasts and discord members to these original links. CSP 0.3.322 and Pure 3.20 are tested in Windows and Linux(Bazzite, CachyOS) NEW FEATURES Reworked PostProcessing for Pure LCS + CSP 0.3.302+ The LCS shaders had a broken specular part since their initial release. But now this issue is fixed and the reflections of the sun are as nice as in the Gamma shaders. The ppfilters of Pure were adapted to create a nice Glare effect on those. If you want a higher presentation of the reflections, just gain the "photrealistic" slider in the Pure PP app. speed related DOF effect in pure and pureCandy ppfilter (new "Special" tab in Pure PP app) better look for some weather like Sand added several depthmaps for shader and ppfilter creators BUGFIXES Pure 3.20 -> 3.21: fixed a bug with loading and saving files Pure Planner fixes (online override mode) fixed the "skydomes rings" bug completely added dithering to the groundfog shader (prevents visible edges of fog textures) equal look for all weather in offline and online sessions The different look of foggy weather is fixed. In online and offline sessions the visible distance is now equal between Pure Gamma and Pure LCS.

This app was built to work around the fact that a lot of players wanted a realistic wet roads feature, without demanding as much performance as usual, and without needing an admin password to get rain to make your roads wet. This app is the best solution for anyone's wants and needs, simply because you can turn the wet roads on and off with a single button. 🛣️ Supports ALL SRP Skins Every SRP Skin has been accounted for and tested. The only thing that's controversial is if the SRP skin does NOT have a non-wet road variant, in which case you'll need to ask the creator(s) to publish a version without their wet roads built in. The app comes with 3 key wetness levels and 1 bonus mode for when you really want to go crazy with it. Damp sits at 20% and gives your roads a subtle freshly-rained-on look, just enough to add some atmosphere without going overboard. Wet at 50% cranks up the reflectivity and makes your roads look genuinely soaked, great for night driving or just wanting that cinematic rainy feel. Soaked at 100% is full saturation, the roads look absolutely drenched and it somehow never tips into looking unrealistic. Then there's the bonus mode, FLOODED, which is exactly what it sounds like. Water textures completely overwrite the road surface and at that point you're not driving on a wet road anymore, you're driving on water. It's chaotic and it's meant to be.

Formula Hybrid 2026
The 2026 Formula Hybrid feels nothing like the 2025 car. It’s lighter, narrower, and has way less downforce, making it slide around constantly. You’ve got to stay on the throttle to keep it stable, or it’ll spin out. The power delivery is split evenly between the engine and electric motor, which changes how you exit corners. Basically, the 2025 model was about grip and stability; the 2026 is raw, twitchy, and demands your full attention every single lap. It’s a proper handful.
Summernats 36 Burnout Pad (v1.1) Released
Thanks to Brucektrain for his permission to create this project which started life as his Summernats Freeroam Map. Presenting my first public release - the Summernats 36 Burnout Pad! After many years of attending the event as both entrant and spectator, I wanted to find a way to inject some proper immersion into an Assetto Corsa version. During my attendance at the 2024 event, along with a few slushies, I took hours of imagery and audio to integrate into the map - then spent countless hours locked in my Man Cave as I had to learn how to inject them into the game as well as improve my 3D skills and coding (my family and household responsibilities were definitely impacted by this project!!). Features of this map now include: - Real Summernats Sounds integrated into the map (Headphones recommended!) - Custom Spectators and Marshalls at the track, a small few also scattered on the return route (trying to keep the cpu load down!) - Live Video Screens on Track (we do love to 'watch ourselves' right!!) - Distant Scenery such as Mount Majura and Black Mountain - Physical Road Mesh (aka Road Feel) on Pad and Return Route - New Concrete Barriers, as well as Collidable Tyres, Water Barriers and Bollards - Updated Signage - Track Camera's (Burnout Pad and Return route as outlined by bollards and signs) - Working Timers and AI Spline - CSP Code for AI to fang down the track and 'cruise' back around in Track Day mode - 21 Pit Bays (let me know if we need more) - 3D Grass FX - Tow Vehicle and Trailer at the end of the track - yes most cars can park on it! - Definitely other stuff, will update the list when I remember!! - WIP includes Motorkhana, Skid Row, Grass Events, Drift, Cruise Route - Stay tuned! IMPORTANT STUFF TO NOTE: You must be running Custom Shaders Patch for the vast majority of the above features to work. I also recommend installing the latest PURE version as the live video screens are optimised for the standard Pure Post Processing Filter and may be too dark with other PP filters. Note I use the PP filter IV PureCS_2.0 which can be found on RaceDepartment, it's much less saturated. This is a standalone track install for Assetto Corsa, it will not work properly if combined with bk_summernats_34_freeroam. Drag and drop the 'content' folder into your Assetto Corsa directory. I don't recommend a drag 'n' drop into Content Manager as you never know what it ends up doing. The zip file is large (600mb) - I may find a better way to optimise this in the future. Sorry about your internets and hard-drive space. If you find the crowd doesn't appear like in the pictures, there are a couple of settings in CSP you need to change, they are located under Settings, CSP, Track Adjustments - ensure that 'Adjust Amount of Spectators' and 'Dynamic Amount of Spectators' are unchecked. Depending on your specs - the above features may put some strain on your system. I have tested this on multiple PC setups including 3060, 5700XT and 4080 using single screen, triple screen and VR and it runs great - please let me know if you experience low frames and I'll look to create a lighter version e.g. drop the crowd numbers back. I've made multiple private track and car mods previously, but this is my first public release - I'm super keen for feedback, but ask that you keep it constructive so we can work together to make future versions and the next releases even better. Please DON'T distribute this externally. There are hundreds if not thousands of hours wrapped up in the base map and these updates. Rolls-Royce Phantom MANSORY
Rolls-Royce has announced the eighth-generation of the iconic model, and its most significant improvement over the old model is a technical one invisible to the onlooker and even the driver. Rolls-Royce has incorporated an advanced all-aluminum spaceframe design that will eventually see use in every model that Rolls-Royce has. The implications may be major. Going back to the 1920s and 1930s, for many luxury automobiles it was simply assumed that the buyer would hire out one of the many coachbuilders of the day to place their own body on the car. We may never return to the days where established manufacturers would generally provide little more than a rolling chassis to be outfitted by coachbuilders, but we may be moving towards a day when a significant percentage of cars, at least on the high-end, are outfitted with a broad selection of bodies per model. Whats impressive about this spaceframe is that it is both lighter and 30 percent more stiff than the monocoque chassis on the outgoing model. Rolls-Royce has also focused heavily on making this the quietest car in the world, and used more than 286 lbs of sound insulation to this end, as well as two-layers of glazing nearly a quarter of an inch thick on the vehicles body. The 6.75 liter V12 engine is also new, and now uses twin turbochargers to produce more torque on the low end, with 664 lb-ft available at a mere 1700 rpm. Total power output is 563 hp, and the motor is mated to a ZF 8-Speed gearbox working with Satellite Aided Transmission (SAT).
