Terms of Service

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union) to use AC Supply. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service. We reserve the right to request proof of age and parental consent.

Account Creation

While browsing and downloading are available to all users, creating an account unlocks additional features. When registering:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Choose a unique username that doesn't impersonate others or violate trademarks
• Create a secure password and keep it confidential
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• One person, one account - multiple accounts are prohibited without permission

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@acsupply.cx if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use, whether with or without your knowledge.

Content You Upload

When you upload mods, images, comments, or other content to AC Supply ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your intellectual property rights. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

This license continues even if you stop using AC Supply, but you can terminate it by deleting your content or account (subject to reasonable backup and archival retention).

Your Responsibilities

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights or have obtained all necessary permissions to upload and distribute the content
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms
• You have tested your mods and ensured they are free from malware, viruses, and malicious code
• You will provide accurate descriptions, proper attribution, and relevant warnings (e.g., DLC requirements)

Content Moderation

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our community guidelines
• Copyright infringement or DMCA complaints
• Security concerns or malware detection
• User reports or quality concerns
• Legal requirements or court orders

Removed content may not be restored. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Respecting Copyright

AC Supply respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to valid copyright infringement notices in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

Filing a DMCA Complaint

If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without authorization, send a DMCA notice to dmca@acsupply.cx including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on AC Supply
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
• Statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
• Statement that information is accurate and you are authorized to act
• Physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Contact dmca@acsupply.cx for the counter-notification procedure.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Users with multiple valid DMCA complaints may have their accounts permanently disabled.

Premium Subscriptions

AC Supply offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize recurring billing at the subscription rate
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain premium access until the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues
• Contact support@acsupply.cx for refund requests within 14 days

Free Features

All mods remain free to download for all users. Premium subscriptions only provide convenience features (instant downloads, ad-free browsing, larger uploads) and never restrict access to community content.

Third-Party Content

User-uploaded mods are not created, endorsed, or verified by AC Supply. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or compatibility of any mods. Users download and install mods at their own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to your computer, game installation, or data resulting from mod usage.

External Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control or endorse these external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your interaction with third-party sites is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AC Supply and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• (a) Your use of the Service
• (b) Your User Content, including any unauthorized uploads of paid, premium, or licensed content
• (c) Your violation of these Terms
• (d) Your violation of any intellectual property, licensing, or contractual rights of another party
• (e) Claims by content creators alleging lost revenue from content you uploaded
• (f) Any legal disputes arising from your distribution of protected or proprietary content

If a content creator files a claim against AC Supply for content you uploaded, you agree to assume full legal and financial responsibility for that claim.

Grounds for Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms or community guidelines
• Suspected fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
• Multiple copyright infringement claims
• Uploading malicious content or malware
• Harassment of users or staff
• Account inactivity (after 2+ years with notice)
• At our discretion for any other reason

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Your account, profile, and User Content may be deleted. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

Voluntary Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period. Uploaded mods will remain available unless explicitly removed before deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service may also be subject to local laws.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or the Service:

1. Contact us at legal@acsupply.cx to resolve the matter informally
2. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations
3. If resolution fails within 60 days, either party may pursue formal legal action

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Each party may only bring claims against the other in an individual capacity.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines posted on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and AC Supply regarding use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction. These Terms bind and inure to the benefit of each party's successors and permitted assigns.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, pandemics, power failures, or governmental actions.
