How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

Our Review Process
Receipt & Validation
We receive your DMCA notice and verify it contains all required information under the DMCA.
Content Removal
If the notice is valid, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
User Notification
We notify the user who uploaded the content about the removal and provide them with a copy of your notice.
Confirmation
You will receive confirmation that the content has been removed or that your notice was incomplete.
Counter-Notice (For Users)
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a DMCA counter-notice. Filing a counter-notice is a legal process with potential consequences—consider consulting with an attorney.
Counter-Notice Requirements:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for your address (or if outside the U.S., for any judicial district where AC Supply may be found)
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, AC Supply has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Warning System: First offense typically results in a warning and content removal. Second offense may result in temporary suspension. Third offense may result in permanent account termination.
