Hi, I am Malice and I have been working on this mod project for more than 3 years now. Using the 2REAL App you can spawn large amounts of traffic cars with little to no impact on performance. Cars can change lanes, wait at intersections and even interact with the player — including the possibility to challenge them to a race. The cars also feature dynamic destruction models and rewritten crash physics. Traffic density, vehicle numbers and vehicle types can be adjusted live while driving without leaving the game. The app builds on the original CSP Traffic Planner and expands it with extensive bug fixes, new systems and advanced behavior scripts that allow far more complex traffic simulation. Beyond traffic, the 2REAL ecosystem also introduces 3D walking pedestrians, walking mode, score system and more additional gameplay features like police chases or street-traffic races to enhance the Assetto Corsa experience and make the world around you come alive.

Thanks to Brucektrain for his permission to create this project which started life as his Summernats Freeroam Map. Presenting my first public release - the Summernats 36 Burnout Pad! After many years of attending the event as both entrant and spectator, I wanted to find a way to inject some proper immersion into an Assetto Corsa version. During my attendance at the 2024 event, along with a few slushies, I took hours of imagery and audio to integrate into the map - then spent countless hours locked in my Man Cave as I had to learn how to inject them into the game as well as improve my 3D skills and coding (my family and household responsibilities were definitely impacted by this project!!). Features of this map now include: - Real Summernats Sounds integrated into the map (Headphones recommended!) - Custom Spectators and Marshalls at the track, a small few also scattered on the return route (trying to keep the cpu load down!) - Live Video Screens on Track (we do love to 'watch ourselves' right!!) - Distant Scenery such as Mount Majura and Black Mountain - Physical Road Mesh (aka Road Feel) on Pad and Return Route - New Concrete Barriers, as well as Collidable Tyres, Water Barriers and Bollards - Updated Signage - Track Camera's (Burnout Pad and Return route as outlined by bollards and signs) - Working Timers and AI Spline - CSP Code for AI to fang down the track and 'cruise' back around in Track Day mode - 21 Pit Bays (let me know if we need more) - 3D Grass FX - Tow Vehicle and Trailer at the end of the track - yes most cars can park on it! - Definitely other stuff, will update the list when I remember!! - WIP includes Motorkhana, Skid Row, Grass Events, Drift, Cruise Route - Stay tuned! IMPORTANT STUFF TO NOTE: You must be running Custom Shaders Patch for the vast majority of the above features to work. I also recommend installing the latest PURE version as the live video screens are optimised for the standard Pure Post Processing Filter and may be too dark with other PP filters. Note I use the PP filter IV PureCS_2.0 which can be found on RaceDepartment, it's much less saturated. This is a standalone track install for Assetto Corsa, it will not work properly if combined with bk_summernats_34_freeroam. Drag and drop the 'content' folder into your Assetto Corsa directory. I don't recommend a drag 'n' drop into Content Manager as you never know what it ends up doing. The zip file is large (600mb) - I may find a better way to optimise this in the future. Sorry about your internets and hard-drive space. If you find the crowd doesn't appear like in the pictures, there are a couple of settings in CSP you need to change, they are located under Settings, CSP, Track Adjustments - ensure that 'Adjust Amount of Spectators' and 'Dynamic Amount of Spectators' are unchecked. Depending on your specs - the above features may put some strain on your system. I have tested this on multiple PC setups including 3060, 5700XT and 4080 using single screen, triple screen and VR and it runs great - please let me know if you experience low frames and I'll look to create a lighter version e.g. drop the crowd numbers back. I've made multiple private track and car mods previously, but this is my first public release - I'm super keen for feedback, but ask that you keep it constructive so we can work together to make future versions and the next releases even better. Please DON'T distribute this externally. There are hundreds if not thousands of hours wrapped up in the base map and these updates. Kindly respect the work that has gone into these and help us by steering fellow sim enthusiasts and discord members to these original links.
